In her poster, Angela presents her research on creating a humanized bone marrow microenvironment (BME) in animal models to better reflect the human condition.

By generating human bone marrow mimetics (ossicles) and transplanting them into mice, the study aims to enhance the engraftment and study of MDS cells.

This innovative model, currently under characterization, promises to improve preclinical testing of new therapies and facilitate personalized treatment approaches for MDS.
