On 19 December, Anna Navarro visited the high-school “Arquitecte Manuel Raspall” in Cardedeu (Catalonia) to explain her project to the students.
She gave an overview about the INTERCEPT-MDS network and her research in myelodysplastic syndromes. The 100 students that attended the talk had the opportunity to ask Anna about her work, but also to learn how was her path from being herself a high-school student there to be selected as one of the 12 INTERCEPT-MDS researchers.
Thank you, Anna, for reaching out to the local community. We are sure your example will motive many young researchers to follow your steps!
