We are happy to announce that one ESR Priyansh Srivastava has published a research paper as part of his work in the dynamics of gene expression during cellular differentiation. The core of Priyansh’s research lies in understanding how gene expression varies across different cellular states. He specifically focuses on genes that show variation in mean expression depending on Pseudotime and different branching trajectories, which are believed to influence cell fate decisions. To identify differential gene expression patterns along Pseudotime and branching paths, Priyansh has developed a novel method named scMaSigPro.
