Priyansh Srivastava, our ESR12, has just completed his secondment at IMAGINE Institute, France.

Priyansh Srivastava, our ESR12 working with Prof. Ana Conesa and Dr. Stefan Gotz at BioBam Bioinformatics SL, Valencia, Spain, has just completed his secondment at the lab of Dr. Antonio Rausell at the IMAGINE Institute, Paris, France. 

During his secondment, Priyansh has developed a novel pipeline utilizing multivariate statistical methods. This method will help researchers infer pathway activity changes across cell states, thereby advancing our understanding of how pathways drive cellular differentiation.

The method will be freely available as a R/Python library for the community to analyze scRNA-Seq Trajectory data.
